Ceremony Preparation
Before your ceremony, we will work to prepare you for your journey. Together we will discuss and build your intentions, create a conscious mindset, identify and minimize concerns, and practice embodiment through breathwork and meditation.
Psychedelic Integration
After your ceremony, we will work together to identify and interpret the insights from your journey. We will take a look at the work ahead and create an action plan so that you may feel the benefits of the ceremony in your daily life.

What is Integration?
Integration should be part of any plant medicine ceremonies or sacred psychedelic experiences. Integration coaching will prep you for the ceremony beforehand and make sense of the insights and visions that you may experience during and after. This type of support increases the potential for lasting personal transformation.
Plant medicine can bring up a lot of big sensations. The ideas, visions, and feelings that come to you during your journey can be meaningful for the process of healing. It can be tempting to ignore them or convince yourself that the work was completed in ceremony however healing requires that we engage with what is coming up once we return to our day-to-day life. Integration is about creating space to interpret those insights and begin incorporating them into your daily life. In other words, it is what brings transformational growth to your psychedelic experience.
Why do I need an Integration Support?
To get the most out of your plant medicine experience, integration is a must. In ceremony, the plants can do many things. Plants can highlight areas in your life that need to be brought into the light, they can unblock trapped energy and old traumas stored in the body, they can give necessary insight into deep wounds that need healing, and they can show you what needs to be done moving forward.
The plants show you but the work is up to you.
After ceremony, your work can feel overwhelming. Working with an integration coach gives you the opportunity to approach it in a manageable way. Coaching gives you the chance to sit with, process, and interpret the insights received. Then together, you and your coach can set goals and lay out a plan of action moving forward.
