Mycelia Moms

Meetup

Nurturing Ourselves,

Empowering Each Other

What is a Mycelia Moms Meetup?

Mycelia Moms Meetup is a unique gathering for mothers who come together in a supportive and nurturing environment to connect, share, and empower one another, fostering deep bonds, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. This group provides a safe space for moms to express themselves authentically, be heard without judgment, and receive support from others who share similar experiences and perspectives.

Why Microdosing?

Combining microdosing with our support group amplifies the benefits of both practices. Microdosing psilocybin can enhance mood, creativity, and emotional openness, making it easier for participants to connect deeply with themselves and others. It helps to dissolve barriers, reduce stress, and foster a sense of well-being and presence. These effects create a fertile ground for meaningful discussions, personal insights, and communal bonding, making our meetups a transformative experience.

Who is it for

Mycelia Moms Meetup welcomes moms of all backgrounds. Whether you are nurturing young children or your kids have grown and left the nest, there is a place for you here. We embrace mothers who often feel overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life and are yearning for a sense of belonging and purpose beyond their immediate family. They are curious about natural and holistic practices, including the benefits of microdosing mushrooms, and are eager to learn more in a safe and supportive environment.

These women value deep, authentic connections and are motivated to improve their well-being and uplift and empower others within a like-minded community. They seek a nurturing space where they can explore personal growth, share their journey, and contribute to a sustainable future for themselves and their families.

We welcome those who are new to psilocybin as well as those who have been working with it for years.

Join us to connect, grow, and support one another in a welcoming and inclusive community.

I am a spiritual mentor, sacred ceremonialist, and mother to two.  I believe we are meant to heal in community which is central to my work. My passion and skills are focused on guiding groups through profound inner work and collective transformation. With specialized training in spiritual mentorship, plant medicine facilitation, and holding trauma-informed sacred ceremonies, I weave together these medicines to support my clients on their healing journeys.

Women's work is the heart of my work. My dharma is in creating powerful group experiences where women are encouraged to reconnect with their divine feminine strength and innate wisdom. With a deep reverence for the sacred, I bring a grounded yet expansive approach to my practice, empowering others to reclaim their true essence and live in alignment with their highest potential.

I believe we were never meant to do it alone! I work with the understanding that undoing aloneness transforms and builds connection needed for survival. As a licensed therapist, group facilitator, mother, and lifelong knowledge-seeker, I will help unearth more fertile places for meaningful connection. And of course, humor and laughter will guide our way—shining a light of relief into the dark places. It is through attunement, presence and being relational that the humanness in me meets the humanness in you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, attachment, maternal mental health, identity, anxiety and depression. I have training in EMDR, AEDP, IFS and other relational, experiential, and body based modalities.

What to Expect

This three-hour journey will offer both a solo and communal experience. During the first half, you'll be invited to explore your inner landscapes while guided by sacred ceremonial music. This time is for reflection and self-connection. In the second half, we will come together as a community for a lightly facilitated discussion, focusing on themes related to motherhood. This shared space will allow us to reflect on our experiences, foster connection, and engage in meaningful dialogue as we support one another on this path.

FAQs

  • The doses used in our microdosing meetups are small, typically around one-fifth of a standard dose. The goal is to evoke subtle effects that enhance mood, creativity, and focus. However, even at 5 mg, it's possible to experience profound journeys that offer deep openings, healing, and connection.

  • One of the primary benefits of microdosing is that it allows you to continue with your regular daily activities. You'll likely notice a gentle boost in overall well-being without experiencing any impairment or significant changes in perception. However, some individuals may feel the effects more strongly and might need to rest afterward.

  • No prior experience is necessary to participate in our meetup. We welcome both beginners and those who have previous experience with microdosing. Our sessions are designed to provide support and guidance, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed. We will cover the basics of microdosing, including its potential benefits, safety considerations, and how to listen to your body to find the right dose for you.

  • During our meetup, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we discuss our experiences, share insights, and provide education about microdosing. We will begin with a brief introduction to microdosing, followed by a guided session to help you set your intentions. There will be time for group discussions, questions, and sharing personal stories. Our goal is to create a community where moms can connect, learn, and support each other on their microdosing journey.

  • Yes, you can absolutely participate without microdosing. We welcome everyone who is interested in learning more about microdosing, sharing experiences, and being part of our supportive community. If you prefer not to microdose, you are still encouraged to join us for the meetup.
